Our Commitment To Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Personally Identifiable Registration and Profile Data: If you correspond with us by email, we may retain the content of your email messages, your email address and our responses.We also collect personally identifiable information, like names, postal addresses, email addresses, etc., when voluntarily submitted by our visitors on our sites through forms.  Log File Information: Log file information (or “server logs”), including your web requests, Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser type, referring / exit pages, pages viewed, and other similar information, is automatically reported by your browser each time you access a web page on the Site.  

Activity Reporting: When you access the Site, we may use technologies, such as embedded javascript, to track your activities, including your web requests, the links that you click on, and other similar information.

Our Use of Cookies: When you access the Site, we may send one or more cookies – a small text file containing a string of alphanumeric characters – to your computer that uniquely identifies your browser and lets FullView Media recognize you when you engage with the Site. A cookie may also provide us with anonymous information about how you utilize the Site. A cookie does not collect personal information about you. You can reset your web browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, some features of the Site may not function properly if the ability to accept cookies is disabled.

The Way We Use Information:

We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.

You can register with our website if you would like to receive updates on our new products and services. Information you submit on our website will not be used for this purpose unless you fill out the registration form.

We use non-identifying and aggregate information to better design our website and to share with business partners. For example, we may tell a business parner that X number of individuals visited a certain area on our website, or filled out our registration form, but we would not disclose anything that could be used to identify those individuals. We use informations stored in log files such as IP addresses, Internet Service Providers, platform types, referral URLs, and web cookies.

Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.

How we share your information

Personally Identifiable Information: FullView Media will not rent or sell your personally identifiable information to others. For the purpose of providing the Site we may share your personally identifiable information with third parties who have agreed to maintain the confidentiality of such information. We may store personal information in locations within the U.S. but outside the direct control of FullView Media (for instance, on servers or databases co-located with hosting providers).

FullView Media provides services to its Customers for events such as Conferences and Webinars. If you fill a form and register for such an event, we share the information with the Customer and Sponsor of the event identified on the registration page. The Customer may use it for their own purpose adn following their own privacy guidelines. FullView Media keeps a copy of the voluntarily submitted information to ensure the proper functioning of the event such as reminder emails and technical support, but does not share further this information.

Except as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy, FullView Media will not disclose personal information to any third party unless required to do so by law or subpoena or if we believe that such action is necessary to (a) conform to the law, comply with legal process served on us or our affiliates, or investigate, prevent, or take action regarding suspected or actual illegal activities; (b) to take precautions against liability, investigate and defend ourselves against any third-party claims or allegations, assist government enforcement agencies, protect the security or integrity of our site; or (c) to exercise or protect the rights, property, or personal safety of FullView Media, our users or others.

Non-Personally Identifiable Information: We may share non-personally identifiable information (such as anonymous usage data, referring/exit pages and URLs, platform types, number of clicks, etc.) with interested third parties.

Our Commitment To Data Security

To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. Access to the servers containing personaly inforamtion is password-protected and is accessible only to authorized personnel. Although, we use all reasonable efforts to safeguard the privacy of your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of our servers or databases, nor can we guarantee that information you supply won’t be intercepted while being transmitted to us over the Internet.

Our Commitment To Children’s Privacy:

Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. For that reason, we never collect or maintain information at our website from those we actually know are under 13, and no part of our website is structured to attract anyone under 13.

How You Can Access Or Correct Your Information

You can access all your personally identifiable information that we collect online and maintain by FullView Media by emailing us to privacy@digitallyspeaking.com. We use this procedure to better safeguard your information. You can correct factual errors in your personally identifiable information by sending us a request that credibly shows error.

To protect your privacy and security, we will also take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access or making corrections.
